World Wonders Project: Historic Event from Google

Google announced their incredible ‘World Wonders Project’ to explore our major historic sites worldwide. The World Wonders project empowers to find out 132 historic sites from 18 countries. The World Wonders project contains not only man-made sites but natural places also. The project mainly aimed students and scholars who want to valuable educational resource about the historic milestones worldwide. 
The World Wonders Project work together with respected organizations like UNESCO, Ourplace, World Monuments Fund, Getty images etc. These prestigious organizations provided official information and photographs. 
To easily explore the features of these iconic sites, Google uses ‘Street View technology’ that gives us an amazing virtual experience. You can enjoy the marvelous historic virtual trip at your own home. New style Camera carrying and panning trikes, virtually designed Arial shots and moving car shots are used to handle the images. Specially designed panoramic street-level images navigate a neighborhood view. The site also includes 3D models and YouTube videos.
A variety of educational packages for students will available in the website. These packages will also help teachers to use in the classroom to explore the heritage sites worldwide. The students of primary and secondary school level can easily learn history and geography through the project. The World Wonders project offers an advanced teaching method all over the world.
