After the remarkable success of the first Intel powered smart phone Xolo X900 and second Intel-powered smartphone Xolo X500, the Xolo Company recently announced the third device named Xolo X1000 which is powered by a 2GHz Intel Atom Z2480 processor with PowerVR SGX540 graphic acceleration.
The third Intel powered Xolo X1000 smart phone has a brilliant 4.7-inches SHARP HD 2.5D edge curved glass display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. The Company officials claim that the device is the "fastest smartphone ever". Anyway, Xolo X1000 enables more stylized feature and figures. The smart phone runs Google's Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and it will be rolling out an OTA Jelly Bean update by April 2013. The device also sports 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory. There is also an expandable memory slot on the device suitable for micro SD cards for expanding the memory up to 32GB.
The Xolo X1000 comes with an 8 megapixels rear shooter with auto focus and LED flash light and a 1.3 megapixels front shooter for video calling. The device carries 1,900 mAh Li-Ion battery, which provides 5 hours of browsing time on 3G and 9.5 hours of talk time of on 3G as well as 2G. The total standby time for this smartphone is touted to be 14 days. The smartphone is just 9.1mm thick. Xolo X1000 also provides advanced connectivity options like 3G Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
